Dear blankets,
While I love that you keep 30 toes warm, I hate that you fall off in the night. I hate even more that 30 toes then get cold and owners of those toes cry out "Put my blanket on!" And then I have to get out from under my warm blanket (which incidentally does not fall off - please take some lessons) and go put 3 blankets back on 30 toes. Come on, blankets, do your job, for crying out loud! I am tired!

LOL! Glad I'm not the only one with this problem, although I have 10 less toes to worry about. I always sneak in their room before I got to bed to tuck their covers into the sides and bottom of their beds in an effort to prevent the issue, but sometimes even that isn't enough!

ReplyDeleteThis is so true! However, the little toes in my house like to use this type of thing as an excuse to come to mommy's bed- which I don't mind in general but just not EVERY night!
ReplyDeleteYou need sleeper blanket jammies. They are one piece pjs that are warmer and I would put them over the regular pjs. I used them with Sean until this year (He finally learned to cover himself up). I just got Hailey some at Target but have seen them in other places too.
